Who Is Paw Control?
WHAT ARE THE FOUNDING PRINCIPLES THAT YOUR COMPANY IS BUILT UPON?
1) Customer Service - We strive to always put the real customers first (your pets) because we understand that they are your family. We do this by being friendly, responsive to their needs, and well-trained. We also bring treats. We provide you with excellent customer service by reflective listening, addressing your comments and concerns, and welcoming all feedback.

2) Hire Great People - One good person is nice, but one great person can do twice the amount of work in less time and the customer will be more satisfied with your product.

3) Communication - Having good communication skills is about being able to convey information to people clearly and simply. We want you to receive our messages clearly, while getting directly to the point. We strive to be transparent, open, and honest. We are also going to listen to your wants and needs.

4) Build Relationships - This goes beyond our customers. We want to partner with other local businesses and community organizations because we believe that when you are blessed, you should bless others. When our cup is full, we would like to fill yours.

5) Best Service - We strive to offer you the best selection of services at a fair price.

6) Training - We won't send our employees out into the wildness unprepared and we will not compromise the health and well-being of your pet(s).

7) Anticipate - We want to anticipate your needs before you have them. We are constantly looking for ways to expand our services.

8) Happy Workplace - We want to ensure that all employees know their roles, jobs, and expectations. They should also be comfortable and confident with animals and humans. We want our employees to love what they do, be proud of themselves, enjoy the people they're around, and adore the animals. Then, they will have better performance and feel secure in their careers. All levels of management also strive to be approachable at all times to the public as well as to employees.

9) Management Philosophy of God, Family, Career - We are not here to preach to you or teach you about our beliefs; however, they are at the core of our Key Management Personnel, so they effect everything that we do. We do not walk out of the door and leave God at home. He comes with us. We will hire believers and non-believers alike because we are non-judgmental (Matthew 7:1) and believe in EEOC. With that said, if one of our loved ones happens to be ill or has a last minute emergency, our family will always come first. Part of the beauty of working for a small business and being an Entrepreneur is paving your own path and holding yourself accountable. We are only micro-managed by our pets. We hold ourselves accountable to the principles above.
I MANAGE A LOCAL BUSINESS, VENUE, CLUB, OR ORGANIZATION THAT CATERS TO PETS. WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AN EVENT WITH YOU. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We love cross promoting local businesses and being in the community. We like to have an opportunity for our existing friends to come see us, as well as making new ones (although we rarely meet strangers because we smell like treats). Please contact us at any time and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. It is never too soon to book an event! We usually book up to a year in advance. We will need an outlet (for longer events) and some space, but we come with everything else.
WHO OWNS PAW CONTROL?
David Ryan is the majority Owner and Founder. You may affectionately know him as "That Paw Control Guy". There are photos of him here and here.
WHO IS ON YOUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS?
We do not have one yet, but we have several Key Management Personnel. If we did have a BOD, I am sure that it would consist of several dogs, some cats, a ferret, and a reptile for diversity.
